HPL Plate

The high-tension laminate HPL ( the High the Pressure the Laminate) it is the heat-hardening stratified material received by compression in conditions of high temperature and pressure several or more (in dependence from thickness of laminate) waterproofed layers of grounding paper the fenol resin ( it is the core of laminate) as well as decorative paper impregnated with waterproof melanin resin  - this determins the  pattern of the laminate.Plates recived that way are entirely homogeneous and they characterize with: high resistance on curving and the ripping, high hardness of the surface, high resistance on soiling and staining with the food products and the chemical reagents as well as the resistance on boiling water and the cigarette ash.

 

Plates used by our company  have the shape of rectangle, sizes 2800x1300mm; 3050x1300mm or 5580x2040mm and thickness from 5 up to 10 mm. The plates are issued in sevral colours with bilateral decorative surface defined with former pattern samples.

Thanks to it's advantages laminate can be applied very widly. In dependence from characteristics and the thickness it becomes an irreplaceable material applied in hospitals, schools, cinemas, discos, hotels, covered pools and may other objects of public institutions. Now, not only pieces of furniture, but sanitary cabins and the dressing rooms, clothing cabinets, wall panellings in corridors on staircases can be developed from this plate.

Wide range of patterns and colouring gives unlimited possibilities of creating building elevations. Thanks to laminates waterproofness and temperature resistance, it complies as finishing of balcony barriers, balustrades, bus and tram stops and whole elevations.

 

Cabinets types:

• Clothing cabinets type 2S or 2L with or without a bech,
• Shoe cabinets type 5S with a bench and 6S without a bench,
• Deposit cabinets,

Sizes:

• clothing cabinets 2S and 2L without a bench,
• clothing cabinets 2S and 2L with a bench,
• shoe cabinets.

 

Opening/closing a cabinet:

• Cabinets can be issued with electronical locks, which are opened withe a proximity device given by the helpdesk.
• Cabinets can be unlocked also with a traditional key. By ordering more than 50 cabinets a master key can be offered ( authorized persons can unlock all the cabinets with one master key).
• For cabinets located at a cash desk (deposits, shoe cabinets) we offer coin locks (they work like trolley lock at malls).
