Ebasen is a software product developed by our programmers. „Ebasen” is an ultimate solution in managing a sports facility – it's main features are  customer service module and customer charging module. It is based on proximity sensor technology – the most reliable and most comfortable way of charging a customer. Admission fee can be charged by the time spent in swimming area, sauna, solarium, revival area or at the bar. Data is gathered by registering devices and sent to computer data base where it's analized. The main purpose of the system is charging the customer for real time of duration of the service. Basing on set charge tables the system counts the amount that needs to be payed at the check desk. From the client's point of view the usage of the system is simplified to the limit. A person attending to enter the facility area is given an identifying device with a proximity sensor. These devices usually are in form of a  hand strap. This solution makes usage of the system more comfortable and provides a high level of security. Client can also move around different pay zones in the facility (sauna for example). Every movement between these zones is supervised by electromechanical turnstiles and registering devices.

            Usually, the area of a sports facility can be divided in 3 zones: payable zone, non-payable zone and waiting zone. Movement between these zones is guided by turnstiles amd gates equipped with suitable readers or controlled form a control panel at the cash desk. In non-payable zone all sort of support infrastructure can be located (shops, bars etc.). Payable zone however, is a closed area with the main facilities inside (swimming area, showers, changing rooms, saunas, etc.). waiting zone is a small area separated by 2 turnstiles. It is an area where customers wait for paying for their stay.

 After client has finished his activity in the facility, he/she registers his/hers id strap at the reader in the turnstile. When the data is read it is automatic saved in the database with information about the duration of the stay in the payable zone and marks the cabinet as vacant. After passing the turnstile client gets to the waiting zone, where the customer waits for being charged. Stay at the waiting area is not payable. There is also a possibility of dividing the facility into 2 areas, without the waiting area. In that case, the client is charged just after leaving the payable zone.

 The staff of the facility change the service prices at any time (for example  higher the price in the evening and lower it in the afternoon). The data about entry and leaving times is gathered from registering devices integrated with the turnstiles and gates.

 The database of the system is installed on a server. At the cash desks charging support software is installed.

 Features supported by Ebasen System:

l  customer (and groups of customers) service with the usage of id straps.

l  usage of cabinets and payable zones with id straps

l  season ticket support

l  the start of registering customer's visit can be set at any moment

l  monitoring of the time spent in the payable zone

l  controlling of the traffic at the slides

l  charging based on different charge tables set by the staff of the facility

l  monitoring of the intensity of usage of the payable zones

l  support of non-cash charging at the „wet” bar area.

 

Ebasen system also supports the external software responsible for:

l  sales of additional products and services

l  running full accountancy with the record of VAT

l  running salary accounting

Cash register support:

Ebasen supports the Posnet Thermal cash register and printer.

 

AmartACATE

 

This programme supports search of readers pined to the RS485 main. While search continues the device makes a sound, which means that his data were read by the system. After the search is finished  every successfully found readers will be displayed in the window of the AmartACATE programme and a printer icon will be displayed in the bottom-right corner of the Windows desktop.

 

BPKonfigurator:

 

This programme allows configuring basic elements of the Ebasen system

 

Bramkarz:

 

This programme monitors and supports the gates and turnstile of the facility.
